Adding an Able Email Signature to Microsoft Outlook – Desktop Version
Step 1: Highlight and copy my signature block from below into memory.

Step 2: Go to Outlook Tools tab and click on Accounts in the upper left corner.

Step 3: Click on Show All in the Accounts screen.

Step 4: Click Signatures.

Step 5: Click on the “+” sign to add a new signature.

Step 6: Change the Signature Name. Place cursor in the window and add “–” followed by a return and paste the signature you copied in Step 1. Click Save in the upper left corner and close window.

Step 7: Your signature will show in the window. Under the Choose Default Signature, change the New Messages and Replies/Forwards drop downs to your new template. Exit by clicking on the red circle in the upper left corner.
