Able Engineering & Component Services, Inc. is particularly adept at providing unique repair solutions for those discrepancies that exceed limitations addressed in Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) Overhaul Manuals (OHM). Many repair stations simply give up and scrap these costly components at your expense. Our experienced staff of eleven (11) aerospace and mechanical engineers and four (4) full authority Designated Engineering Representatives (DER's) work in conjunction with our airline customers' engineering departments, Boeing Service Engineering and the FAA's Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) to develop proprietary processes for the repair of these valuable assets at a fraction of the cost of new. Although not all components can (or should) be repaired, Our technical staff provides innovative repair options more often than not. These options promote flexibility and provide cost-effective solutions to our Customer's maintenance challenges.
