AECS' quality system is designed to exceed our customers' expectations. In addition to meeting all FAA and EASA repair station requirements, AECS quality system credentials include registration to AS9110 and ISO9001:2008EA. Our customer-focused continual improvement process includes ongoing monitoring of our systems to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

  • AECS' inspection staff is comprised of FAA-certificated individuals with extensive aviation technical expertise and experience, complemented by a staff of expert auditors who assure compliance with all facets of our quality system and regulatory requirements.
  • AECS' Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is performed in house by ASNT accredited full-time Level II and Level III inspectors.
  • AECS' Training Program ensures that all production personnel receive initial and recurrent training that is performed by qualified individuals with years of experience in their fields of expertise.
  • AECS' performs much of our own equipment calibrations in-house. Our world-class metrology lab provides an environmentally controlled facility compliant to ISO 10012.
