Working knowledge of mixing and application of aerospace coatings such as: Epoxies, Polyurethanes, Hi-heat enamels, Alkyd Enamels, Drylube, etc. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design documents as it relates to masking and paint requirements. Capability to maintain all quality records and logs and to be actively involved in both internal/external audits. Working knowledge of the use of thermal curing equipment as it pertains to the coating applied.
